        dear naren
i dnt knw d definition of the above said banking facilities..however if v consider d practical uses of the said facilities…it can be easily inferred dat net banking, phone banking n ofcourse debit cards allow us to make payment out of our accounts without actually carrying money with us…e.g. we cn make online bill payments, online shopping n many more using net bankng, phone bankng…n ofcourse by providing debit card no. n pin….in all cases our bank accounts are debited instantly

i wud b grateful to u if u provide definitions of the said facilities so dat the ques may b understood in its entirety

      • Naren says:

        @Raj Hans

Dear Raj, I also know that in this age of digital information
and communication technology, banking services are also made
available through computer. With the extensive use of computer and Internet,
banks have now started transactions over Internet. The customer having an account
in the bank can log into the bank’s website and access his bank account.
He can make payments for bills, give instructions for money transfers, fixed
deposits and collection of bill, etc. All such things are related to E-Banking

Nowadays, we can also make payment of bills by using Credit Card/Phone Banking/Netbanking
facilities. But here question is related to the basic fascilties not these advanced one
If the statement of question contains any word related to Computer|Internet|Network etc.
then easily we can tick such options.

As per my knowledge, i define these terms as :

ATM – enables us to deposit or withdraw cash 24 hours a day.

Credit Card – enables us to make payment for purchase of goods by taking credit
from the bank. Customer may or may not have an account in the bank
        for issuing a credit card.

Debit Card – enables us to make payments out of our bank account without actually
carrying money with us. Bank account is required for issuing debit card.

Net Banking – allow us to perform banking transactions over the Internet.

Phone Banking – allow us to get information about the balance in our bank account
        over the mobile phone.

        regards
        Naren
