ANSWERS OF QUESTION NO. 10,15,29,34,44 ARE INCORRECT
10 Option C Bharat Mata Society
15 Option A Burnt Bricks . In Mauryan time use of burnt bricks was started check page no. 144 of N.C.E.R.T Ancient India Hindi Version Which reads as under ” Patther ki eemarat banane ka kaam unhone hi aarambh kiya Megasthenese ne kaha hai Patliputra sthith Mauryan Rajprasad utna hi bhavya thaa 80 stambhhon wale vishal bhavan ke astitva ka sanket dete hai.
Chech the sense of question ” Royal houses “.
29 Option D None of the above ” Devraya II “. In 1423 , grandson of Devraya I , Devraya II appointed 2000 turkish archer to train his 60000 bowmen in order to make himself capable for facing bahamani Archers. He crossed river Tungbhadra afterwards and fought 3 wars. Check page no. 92 of the Medival India N.C.E.R.T Hindi version answer is Devraya II .
34 Option D none of the above . Omichand was the person.
44 Option A Samarth Ramdas . Shivaji was influenced from his teachings which converted Marathas in a Warrior community. Check Page no. 121,122 of N.C.E.R.T Medival India Hindi version.

One most important thing to share is 14-15 questions are from M.P.P.C.S 2009 Exam held on 09/05/2010 any one can check.

  6. Anil Jain says:

thanx, very helpful to assess performance in paper

Q 29 Devraya I had recruited turk archers before Devraya II so answer is B

  7. Hemant says:

Please tell us the source if that one is authentic because I think nothing is more authentic than N.C.E.R.T . If ” Devraya I ” had also recruited Turkish archer then the question would have been like ” Name the first Vijaynagar King who recruited Turkish archer to train his bowmen ”
Whenever any similar activity is performed by two or more persons then it becomes compulsary to clear its status regarding the first or the last etc. in order to avoid the situation of multi-answer.

    • Naren says:

      @Hemant
Lots of typing mistakes are there in both GS/Optional papers
but the sense of question is straightforward in each question.
you should follow the sense at that time rather than checking
      these errors.

      regards
      naren

  8. Hemant says:

This paper of history is a wise man creation. I am surprised to see how history can be made so analytical. I quote some examples:
    BOOKLET SERIES C
57 Q The earliest exposition of Saiva System was established by
    A. Lakula . Lakula is considered the avataar incarnation of lord Shiva. He is mentioned in Vayu Puran and he is said to be contemporary to Vedvyasa while Basava started lingayat in bhakti movement so the first one is more ancient than the second one and so is the right answer.
59 Q Which of the following was the first great royal patron of Buddhhism ?
    A. Ashoka . Here the word great changes the answer. Although Ajatshatru was the first royal patronage of Buddhism ( 483 B.C BUDDHIST COUNCIL ) yet he is not the answer as he is the killer of his own father and he is not defined as great in history so Ashoka qualify the standard and is the right answer. Ashoka was the great royal patron before Harsha ( 606 A.D ).
there are a number of questions in this paper which produce different answer if not understood properly.

  9. Anil Jain says:

Hement ‘Devraya I’ is written in Medieval India by L P Sharma
if two or more person have done same work first doer claims the answer
