1.	Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) 2010, New Delhi 8th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) 2010 was held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on 07-09 January 2010. The theme of this year’s event was “Engaging the Diaspora: The Way Forward“. The ninth PBD 2011 Convention will be held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, from 7-9 January 2011.The theme of PBD-2011 will be “Engaging the Global Indian”.
2.	World Future Energy Summit  2010, Abu Dhabi The World Future Energy Summit 2010 was takes place from January 18-21, 2010 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre, UAE.
3.	Asian Conference on Disaster Reduction 2010, Japan The Asian Conference on Disaster Reduction 2010 (ACDR 2010) was held from 17 -19 January 2010 at Kobe, Hogo, japan
4.	Asia for Animals (AFA) Conference 2010, Singapore Asia for Animals (AFA) Conference 2010 was held at the Furama RiverFront Hotel, Singapore on 15th – 19th January. Asia for Animals (AFA) is the largest, most representative Asian animal protection conference.
5.	Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Conference 2010, Banglore The Eighth Asia-Pacific Bioinformatics Conference, APBC2010, was held in Bangalore, India from 18-21 January 2010.
6.	14th African Union (AU) Summit 2010, Ethiopia The 14th ordinary summit of the African Union (AU) was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from Jan 25 – 2 Feb 2010. The official theme of the summit was: ‘Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Africa: Challenges and Prospects for Development.
7.	Economist Conf. ‘ The Pharma Summit 2010, London Economist Conferences hold its 16th annual The Pharma Summit 2010 in London on 11th Feb., 2010. The theme this year was ‘Competing in the future healthcare system’.
8.	Asian Regional Summit 2010, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia The World LPG Association (WLPGA) held an Asian Regional Summit on 23 February 2010 in Kuala Lumpur. The theme of the Summit was “LP Gas: Exceptional Energy for Asia”. The WLPGA is supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) ‘Energy 4 All’ programme.
9.	M-Commerce World Summit 2010 , Singapore Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) World Summit 2010 was held in Singapore from 17 to 18 March 2010
10.	16th ASEAN Summit, Hanoi The 16th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit  was held in HANOI capital of Vietnam from 8 – 9 April 2010.
11.	Global Nuclear Security Summit 2010, Washington First Global Nuclear Security Summit 2010 was held in Washington, USA on 12-13th April 2010. The Summit focused on how to better safeguard weapons-grade plutonium and uranium to prevent nuclear terrorism. The next Nuclear Security Summit is scheduled to be held in 2012 in South Korea
12.	16th SAARC Summit, Thimpu (Bhutan) The 16th South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Summit was held Thimpu capital of Bhutan between april 28th-29th 2010. Bhutan hosted the SAARC summit for the first time.Mahinda Rajapaksa addressed the summit with the theme: “Towards a green and happy South Asia”.The 17th SAARC Summit will be held in Maldives’ capital Male in 2011
13.	2nd BRIC Summit 2010, Brasilia (Brazil) The 2010 BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China: A group of emerging powers) summit was held at Brasilia, capital of Brazil on April 16, 2010. This was the second BRIC summit after Yekaterinburg(Russia) in 2009.The next BRIC summit will be held in China in 2011
14.	4th IBSA Summit 2010, Brasilia (Brazil) 4th India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) summit was held on April 15, 2010 at Brasília, Brazil. The 5th IBSA Summit will be held in South Africa in October 2011
15.	19th World Wide Web Conference 2010, Raleigh (USA) 19th International World Wide Web (WWW) Conference 2010 was held at Raleigh,NC (USA) on April 26-30, 2010.The next 20th global annual World Wide Web Conference (WWW 2011) will be held in Hyderabad, India during March 28 to April 1, 2011.The theme for the conference will be ‘Web for all’, which aims to promote the all-inclusive aspect of the Web.
16.	2nd Indian Ocean Naval Symposium 2010, Abu Dhabi Second meeting of the Indian Ocean Naval Symposium (IONS) was  held in Abu Dhabi, UAE  on 10-12 May 2010.
17.	99th International Labour Conference, Geneva The 99th International Labour Conference (ILC 2010) was held at. Palais des Nations in Geneva between 2-18 June 2010 with around 4000 government, employer and workers from allover the world.
18.	36th G-8 Summit 2010, Huntsville Ontario, Canada 2010 G8 (Group-8) Summit was held in Huntsville Ontario Canada from June 25 and 26, 2010 .This was the fifth G8 Summit hosted by Canada since 1976. The theme of this summit was “Recovery and New Beginning,”. Next 2011 G8 summit will be held in the southeastern French seaside resort of Nice.
19.	World Classical Tamil Conference 2010, Coimbatore First World Classical Tamil Conference (WCTC) was held at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu from 23rd – 27th of June, 2010.The theme song of this conference was ‘Pirapokkum Ella Uyirkkum’ written by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, music by A.R. Rahman.
20.	4th G-20 Summit 2010, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The 2010 G20 (Group of 20) Summit was held on June 25 and 26, 2010 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.The 5th G-20 Summit will be held in Seoul (South Korea) in November 2010.
21.	15th African Union (AU) Summit 2010, Kampala 15th Ordinary Session of the Summit of the African Union was take place in Kampala Uganda from 19 to 27 July 2010, under the theme: “Maternal, Infant and Child Health and Development in Africa”.
22.	18th International AIDS Conference, Vienna The XVIII International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2010) was held at Vienna, Austria from 18-23 July 2010 under the theme “Rights Here, Right Now.”
23.	Developing Eight Nations (D-8) Summit 2010, Abuja 7th Developing Eight Nations (D-8) Summit was held in Abuja, Nigeria on 4-7 July 2010.The theme of the summit was “Enhancing Investment Cooperation among D-8 Members” .The next 8th D-8 summit will be held in Pakistan in 2012
24.	8th OECS Credit Union Summit 2010, The 8th annual OECS Credit Union Summit was held in St. Lucia, US 18-22 August 2010 under the theme “‘cooperating to withstand our present day challenges’. OECD stands for the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development & includes about 25 industrialized democracies.
25.	2nd International Swine Flu Conference 2010, 2nd International Swine Flu Conference (ISFC 2010) was held on August 18-19, 2010 in  Washington, D.C.USA
26.	United Nation’s MDG Summit 2010, NewYork The UN’s Millennium Development Goal (MDG) Summit 2010 was held in New York from 20-22 Sept. 2010. The MDG summit primarily aims to accelerate the progress towards the MDGs by 2015, taking into account the progress made towards the internationally agreed development goals.
27.	Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) 2010, The VIII Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM-8) was held on 4 and 5 October 2010 in Brussels , Belgium
28.	IMF/World Bank Annual Meeting 2010 , Washington The 2010 Annual Meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) was held between October 8th and 10th at  World Bank hall in Washington, D.C.
29.	2nd World Health Summit 2010, Berlin (Germany) The 2nd World Health Summit was held in Berlin on 10-13 October 2010. The next conference will takes place from October 23rd-26th, 2011 at the Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus, Berlin.
30.	5th LNG Tech Global Summit 2010, The 5th LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) Tech Global Summit 2010 was held on October 13-14 at the Beurs-WTC Congress Center, Rotterdam, Netherlands. LNG Global Summit is the conference and networking event that brings together leading industry oil and gas companies from around the globe.
31.	23rd IAEA Fusion Energy Conference 2010, Daejon The 23rd International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Fusion Energy Conference (FEC 2010) was held at Daejon, Republic of Korea, from 11-16 October 2010.The next 24th IAEA FEC 2012 will be held in San Diego, USA from 8 -13 October 2012.
32.	17th ASEAN Summit 2010, Hanoi ( Vietnam ) The 17th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit  was held in HANOI capital of Vietnam from 28th October 2010. The theme of the summit was “Towards an ASEAN Community: from Vision to Action”.
33.	WWF’s Tiger Summit 2010, St. Petersburg, Russia Armed with a global action plan for restoring wild tiger population, leaders of the 13 Tiger Range Countries (TRCs) will meet in St Petersburg, Russia from 21-24 November 2010. The ‘Tiger Summit’ scheduled for September will now be held in November.
34.	Intl’s Youth Tiger Summit 2010, Vladivostok (Russia) Youth Tiger Summit will be a parallel event to the high level tiger summit to be held in St. Petersburg in Nov. 2010. Two student’s Anusha Shankar and Devanshu Sood will represent India at the youth summit to be held from 19-24 Nov. 2010
35.	OSCE Summit 2010, Astana ( Kazakhsthan ) The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) summit 2010 will be held in Astana, Kazakhstahn from 1-2 Dec. 2010.
